How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

2. Follow the prompts to submit a refund request

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

After the Refund Period

After the 30-day refund window, you may still cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Merchant of Record
