1. Who We Are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Streamlyn ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

3. The Service

Streamlyn provides an intelligent automation platform for small businesses, including analytics dashboards, AI-powered insights, and related tools. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected subscription plan.

4. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activity
• Engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices
• Infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the service (e.g., introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, scraping data)
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Reselling or redistributing the service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the service — including software, documentation, branding, and design — remain the property of Streamlyn. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP to you beyond the limited licence to use the service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. We do not claim any further rights over your content.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Streamlyn harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you: materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination, after which it may be deleted.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
